Salvagnini S4+P4.G4+MD: European quality of metal doors for Georgia

Italian Machinery Association has signed a contract for the supply and launch in Tbilisi in the summer of 2027 of the flagship line Salvagnini S4 + P4.G4 + MD, which will become the first equipment of such level in Georgia.

The Salvagnini flexible manufacturing system includes three components:

S4: a high-performance sheet metal punching and shearing center
P4.G4: an intelligent panel bender — part processing without operator intervention
MD: an automated warehouse for storage and uninterrupted material supply

Punching, shearing, bending, and logistics are combined into a single automatic cycle. This approach allows for the production of metal and fire doors with precision and assembly quality unattainable in manual production. Full automation ensures high productivity, allows for flexible changes in product parameters, and maintains high output speeds without sacrificing reliability. Italian technologies bring the Georgian manufacturer to a European level of quality. The launch of the first Salvagnini flexible automated manufacturing system in Georgia will create a real foundation for the Tbilisi enterprise to enter the international market.
